Job title - Sales Administrator
Location
Worthing, West Sussex
Job purposeTo support Rug Doctor's sales teams in achieving their targets, and to support other specific departments on a part time basis when required due to holiday or other absence. The role requires that current and future records and systems are maintained accurately and in good time, and that indirectly and directly our relationships with customers are looked after.
Key responsibilities/duties
- Writing up sales orders, processing payments, and producing sales invoices
- Maintaining warranty card and other sales databases
- Receiving incoming calls from customers.
- Calling internal, external, and potential customers.
- Weekly updates of rental
- EPOS sales dataContacting new rental stores to co-ordinate installations
- Working through rental contact lists and sending mailings to them
- Working with the despatch team to co-ordinate new Point of Sale rollouts.
- Analysing sales data
- Maintaining customer files.
- Recording sales data, and updating white boards.
- Absence cover (when required) for Production & Warehouse Coordinator
- Absence cover (when required) for Reception within Customer Services
