Do you own a Rug Doctor machine that has developed an unfortunate fault? Our engineers here in our workshop are able to help! To begin the process of getting your machine collected & brought back to our workshop to be assessed & repaired by one of our engineers, please complete the breakdown contact form below.

Please Note: All machines must be sent back as clean as possible. Failure to follow this guideline will delay the repair of your machine and possibly to the machine being sent back unrepaired.
