  • All return shipping charges are applicable both to and from our service centre.

  • Labour charges are calculated based on the time required for diagnosis and repair.

  • Parts pricing will be confirmed following machine assessment.

  • Collection and delivery dates are dependent on courier availability.

  • Quoted costs are an estimate, subject to change, and only apply to UK Mainland.

Please Note: All machines must be sent back as clean as possible. Failure to follow this guideline will delay the repair of your machine and possibly to the machine being sent back unrepaired.
