MACHINE PURCHASE

Delivery policy

When you buy your Rug Doctor machine, delivery costs are included within the price.

  • Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days.
  • Free delivery applies to most mainland UK addresses.

  • In order to track your shipment, please call Rug Doctor on +44 (0)1903 235558, and we will attempt to contact the delivery company for this information.

Return / refund / cancellation policy

Each Rug Doctor product you buy directly from Rug Doctor comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within the first 30 days after having received it. If you choose to return the product during this time, just call 01903 235558.
  • Machines – Rug Doctor covers return postage costs.
  • Detergents/Trigger Sprays/Parts and Accessories – Customer to cover return postage costs.
  • After we receive the product back, in resealable condition, we will process the return and refund the full purchase price.
  • There are no restocking fees within this 30 day period.
  • If you wish to cancel your order please contact Rug Doctor on 01903 235558.

Your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued. Your order can be cancelled at any point from the time of order, through to 30 days after delivery to you.

Rug Doctor Take Back Scheme

In accordance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations, Rug Doctor Ltd offers all our customers a Take Back Scheme.
This scheme works on a free returns basis so when you buy an equivalent Carpet cleaner from Rug Doctor, working alongside our recycling partner will recycle your old product.

The product returned must be like for like and fulfil the same function as the new product purchased.
Old products must be returned to Rug Doctor within 28 days of your new product purchase or unfortunately it will no longer be eligible for the scheme.

If you have an old Carpet Cleaner to recycle, Please visit our support page to complete our WEEE Recycling returns form.
Alternatively, you can Contact our Customer Service Team on 01903235558 who can arrange a free of charge courier return label & drop off at a local collection point.

Please contact our Customer Care team before bringing any returns to site.

Please note the following Take Back Scheme guidelines:

  • You have purchased an equivalent or replacement item from Rug Doctor within the last 28 days
  • You can provide proof of purchase
  • Only one item can be exchanged at a time with purchase of a new one
  • The Electrical product has a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol.
