Troubleshooting

Power Issues

  • Ensure the machine is plugged in and turned on.

Low Spray

  • Make sure you’re pressing the spray trigger down for consistent coverage.
  • Check the water tank level and refill if it is low or empty.
  • Make sure the water tank is fitted correctly.

Low Suction

  • Check the waste water tank to see if it is full.
  • Check the waste water tank to see if it is fitted correctly.
  • Thoroughly clean the waste water tank to remove any blockages.

Handheld Brush is not oscillating

  • Check to see if the switch on the top of the handheld brush is turned on.
  • Vacuum over the cleaning area first to remove any debris that could get caught or tangled in the brush.

What to do if the Clean Water Tank is leaking?

  • Remove the clean water tank from the unit and ensure the cap is secure.
  • Secure the tank cap and hold the tank upside down to allow excess water to drain out.

What to do if the Waste Water Tank is leaking?

  • Check to see if the waste water tank is full.
  • Remove and empty the waste water tank.
  • Unscrew the wide opening lid.
  • Remove and rinse the float column.
  • Reinsert the float column and secure the wide opening lid.
  • Insert the waste water tank into the unit, and ensure it is secured correctly.
