Quick Start Cleaning

Everything you need to know for using your Deep Carpet Cleaner.

Make sure you remove the clear transparent film located on the water tank.
Remove the water tank and fill it to the clean water indicator located on the side.
Use the handy tank cap to measure the correct amount of carpet detergent and add to the water tank.
Place the water tank back into the machine.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and adjust handle to the appropriate height.
Begin a cleaning pass by holding the red spray button and begin walking backwards slowly.
Use the super boost spray for heavily soiled areas.

Make sure you remove the clear transparent film located on the water tank.
Remove the water tank and fill it to the clean water indicator located on the side.
Use the handy tank cap to measure the correct amount of carpet detergent and add to the water tank.
Place the water tank back into the machine.

Keep an eye on the water tank while cleaning. If the water level reaches the full indicator, it’s time to empty the tank.

Your Deep Carpet Cleaner can also clean upholstery, stairs and fabrics thanks to the hand tool attachment.

Remove the water tank from the machine. Fill the water tank to the full tank indicator. Using the water tank cap, measure out the fabric detergent and add to the water tank.
Open the waste water tank vacuum connection by pulling out the black rubber plug. Insert the hand tool attachment. Once connected, rotate the hand tool socket to the locked position.
Connect the other end of the hand tool attachment to the tool spray connection point near the base of the handle. Ensure the connection point is locked.
Set the machine to the tool setting and begin cleaning.

If your Deep Carpet Cleaner has no or low spray, you should check the following things:

Make sure you’re pressing the deep clean button located on the handle while cleaning.
Check the water tank for low water levels.
Check the spray tip on the underneath of the tank. Clean the spray tip if it is clogged.

If your Deep Carpet Cleaner has low suction, try the following solutions:

Check the water levels in the waste water tank. If the tank is full then empty and replace it.
Ensure the water tank is fitted correctly.

Check to see if the machine is plugged into the wall and the socket is switched on.
Once the machine is plugged in, select a cleaning mode using the black rocker switch on the handle.
