Request to remove personal data

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, filled out our online contact form, or set up an account on our website and would like us to remove your personal data, please read the information below.

• If you have previously signed up to our email list and/or filled out a contact form on our website and would like us to remove your personal data, please fill in the request form below. You will receive an email to confirm the data removal. Please note, this is not an automated system and could take up to one month for you to receive an email.
• If you have purchased an item on our website and/or made a booking online or via a paper form, your data will be held securely in our bookings database for 12 months before being destroyed. We need these details to fulfil the contractual obligations of your rental. These details are not shared with any third parties for marketing reasons. However, if you have also signed up to our email list, and would like to be removed from this database, please fill in the request form below.
