Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?

For Tesco and ASDA, whereby there is a locker system and you pre-book through the Rug Customer service team, the machines are serviced and cleaned after every other rental. We also state on the terms and conditions in the lockers for Tesco and ASDA that the customer must return the machine in a clean condition, otherwise a £10 penalty charge can be added

For stores that do not include Tesco and ASDA, for example Morrisons, Homebase, B&Q etc. you walk into the store to book and collect one and they are more involved with the machines checking the machines prior to them leaving the store and they agree to tick this on the rental form.
